About the company
Roshan Enterprises manufactures moulded plastic goods at its plant on Main Badopuli Road, near Barkat Town, Lahore. The floor runs Haitian injection moulding machines feeding conveyor take-off, with in-house stacking and pack-out.
We work to order for distributors, wholesalers and institutional buyers. That means agreed colours, agreed carton counts, and a delivery date we can hold — rather than whatever happens to be in stock.
What we make
Tooling is shared across colours, so a full colour range costs you the same per unit as a single one. Send a sample or a drawing and we'll tell you what's possible.
Line 01 — Toys
Push-along and ride-on vehicles moulded in polypropylene and assembled in-house — tippers, loaders, mixers and tractors, with free-rolling wheels and no sharp edges.
Line 02 — Furniture
Chairs, stools and centre tables moulded in a single shot, so there are no joints to work loose. Every item stacks, which is what keeps freight economical on a full container.
Line 03 — Industrial
Crates, totes, tubs and containers for produce handling, in-plant movement and retail. Moulded to hold their shape when stacked loaded, and to survive repeat washing.
The same tool runs every colourway, so you can order one item across a full range without paying for new tooling. We match from your sample or reference using masterbatch — a minimum quantity applies per colour.

On the floor
Resin is dried and fed to the machine by hopper. The mould closes, the shot goes in, and the part drops to a conveyor where an operator takes it off, checks it and stacks it. Nothing leaves the line without a person having handled it.
Resin and masterbatch are checked against the batch record before drying, so a colour or grade mix-up is caught before it reaches the barrel.
The first shot off a mould is measured and approved before the run continues. If it isn't right, the machine doesn't run.
Operators pull parts off the conveyor through the run, looking for short shots, flash, sink marks and colour drift against the approved sample.
Finished goods are counted, stacked and labelled by item and colour, so what's on the carton matches what's in it.
